Q. What's the benefit of attending this convocation?
Ans: Convocation is a big day. It's the event for celebrating the graduation ceremony of students for their hard work as a recognition of the award of degree parchments to students. This is a day which comes once in a lifetime for every graduate. Hence, to make it memorable it is advisable for all graduating students to attend this session.
Q. Am I eligible to attend the convocation?
Ans: You are eligible if you have completed your graduation by the fall 2023 Semester.
Q. Can I get my degree certificate if I do not attend the convocation?
Ans: Yes, you can get your certificate, but you must register for the convocation.
Q. I completed both my undergraduate and graduate degrees. Should I register for both?
Ans: Yes, you must register for both.
Q. How much is the convocation fee?
Ans: Tk 4,000 for each graduate who obtained one degree (either undergraduate or graduate), and Tk. 6,000 for each graduate who obtained two degrees (both undergraduate and graduate) from NWU.
Q. How can I register for the convocation?
Ans: You can register online at: https://convocation.nwu.ac.bd/registration/. If you want to do it offline, please visit convocation registration department.
Q. What documents should I upload during registration?
Ans:
- SSC/O level certificate (file format: JPEG/JPG/PNG)
- Recent Colour Photograph (Image Size: Width 300 pixels, Height 300 pixels) (File Format: JPEG/JPG/PNG)
Q. How do I pay the registration fees?
Ans: You can pay with bKash, Nagad, Prime Bank or Finance & Accounts office.
